Design & Confidentiality
Can you custom manufacture bespoke bags or covers?

Will you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Yes, we fully support NDAs and regularly operate under strict confidentiality agreements. Your proprietary designs, intellectual property, and project specifics are always handled with the utmost discretion and protected.
Can you match or improve upon an existing item?
Yes, we can accurately match an existing product based on a physical sample, photograph, or technical drawings. Where feasible, we will also propose improvements in durability, security, material quality, or cost efficiency for your consideration.
Order Process & Lead Times
Can we obtain a sample for final approval before bulk production?
Yes, we always provide a crucial pre-production sample for your formal sign-off. Bulk manufacturing will only commence once you are entirely satisfied and have given your official authorisation.
What are your typical manufacturing lead times?
Lead times are dependent on the order quantity, material availability, and the complexity of the customisation:
Sample Production: 5 to 10 working days.
Bulk Production: Approximately 3 to 6 weeks following sample approval.
We are often able to accommodate urgent projects where production capacity allows.
Are your manufacturing materials sourced locally?
Yes, we prioritise locally sourced materials wherever practicable. This approach helps support domestic industry, ensures faster project turnaround times, and facilitates consistent quality control. Imported materials are only utilised when a specific requirement necessitates them.
Do you require an existing design, or can you assist with product development from scratch?
We are proficient in both approaches. Yes, we can develop a product from initial concept. We recommend an initial consultation meeting to fully understand your requirements and define the precise technical specifications needed for a successful prototype.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom bags?
Our MOQs are flexible and depend on the product’s design complexity and the materials required. Yes, we typically have an MOQ to ensure competitive production efficiency, but we are happy to discuss your specific volume requirements to find a viable solution.
